Return Policy

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Please read all descriptions before placing an order. 

Please note that vintage items may have natural signs of wear. Each item is inspected to ensure only the highest quality pieces are being listed and sold. By placing an order you confirm and agree that you have read this Return Policy. 

Orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.

All items are tracked and shipped via USPS. Items usually take between 5-10 days to arrive. Please note that COVID-19 and weather conditions have cause delays on some shipments. 

We are working hard on streamlining that. If you see something you must have, please reach out to us via email at shoplovelacy@gmail.com and we would be happy to do what we can to get you your item. 

Sizes of each item will be listed in the description. Since items are vintage, we most likely only have the size listed. We are always looking for and expanding the size range of items we collect.

Items are marked in women’s sizes, however, this is an inclusive shop and we would be happy to provide any measurements to help you find you your perfect piece.
